The UB Alumni website is a collaboration between Ideacodes and UB’s award-winning Web Team leader, Rebecca Bernstein. The site design optimizes the presentation of a number of content “channels” which are fed dynamically from a variety of sources (UB news, the alumni magazine, athletics, class notes). The Kiski site evokes the spirit of Kiski—it’s warmth, intimate community, and energy. Each section of the site is identified using a carefully selected palette of accent colors and gradients paired with rich blue hues. The site features a marketing-focused section called “Why Kiski?” — with web-based inline flash videos of students describing life at one of the nation’s oldest independent schools for boys.
